Carmel is a small town with limited hotel options, and as such we’ve arranged for a travel concierge to assist guests in booking rooms at select hotels with special rates for our wedding weekend. We ask that you please book your lodging through the concierge (at no additional cost), which will ensure easy coordination as well as access to specially discounted room rates not available if booking directly. Additionally, said concierge will be coordinating the shuttles to and from nearby airports (SFO, SJC) as well as shuttles for all wedding events, which will only be available from the hotels booked with the travel concierge.

We have included lodging below so guests can familiarize themselves with options; however, please plan on booking through the travel concierge as rooms may not be available or may be at a higher rate if you book directly. The concierge is also happy to assist with flights, bookings and restaurant reservations for your time in Carmel, cancellations or changes at the last minute, etc., again at no additional charge to you.
