WE WANT EVERYONE TO BE ABLE TO CELEBRATE WITH US; HOWEVER, WE HAVE DECIDED TO MAKE SOME OF OUR WEDDING EVENTS ADULTS ONLY. PLEASE SEE BELOW FOR EVENT-SPECIFIC DETAILS. IF YOU NEED ASSISTANCE WITH ARRANGING CHILDCARE THROUGHOUT THE WEEKEND, PLEASE CONTACT OUR COMPLIMENTARY TRAVEL CONCIERGE (CONTACT INFORMATION AVAILABLE ON THE  travel page.)

Transportation will be provided to each event from the RESERVED HOTELS. We want everyone to relax and enjoy their time in Carmel. If you are not staying at a RESERVED hotel, we kindly ask that you arrange to get to one of the hotels in time to board one of the provided shuttles no later than the stated pick up time. Shuttles will circle back for guests that arrive late. Should you prefer to drive yourself, or to take a private car, that is acceptable for all events, except the Wedding day. On the wedding day, no vehicles, other than the shuttles provided will be allowed on property to the ceremony location.

ADDITIONALLY, WE HAVE ARRANGED FOR COMPLIMENTARY AIRPORT SHUTTLES TO TAKE GUESTS TO AND FROM CARMEL AND SAN FRANCISCO INTERNATIONAL (SFO) AND SAN JOSE (SJC) AIRPORTS. IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN USING THE SHUTTLES, PLEASE SUBMIT YOUR FLIGHT DETAILS on THE TRAVEL pAGE.
